Evening sessions for existing rowers

The Foundry's recreation skill development sessions are for students, rising 6th graders through 12th grade, who are interested in working on general skills and having fun rowing. These two-week sessions are for anyone with previous experience in rowing looking for a relaxed option to work with teammates and continue their development during the summer.

From 5-7:30pm Monday-Thursday, participants row in new and changing shells and lineups with an emphasis on smaller boats (conditions permitting).

Recreational rowing is for existing rowers and is NOT part of the learn to row program or included in the full day camp for new rowers and sailors; however, athletes are welcome to sign up for one or more recreational rowing sessions after completing the learn to row week.
